Al Belcher is the Tourism and Business agent for
Bayleys Realty Group, focusing on tourism property marketing and associated businesses.

Bayleys is a company well known for its marketing expertise with a strong presence in tourism New Zealand.

Prior to real estate Al was involved in education, training in Auckland and graduating with a Bachelors degree in the top of his class. He paid his way by working in Market Research as a project manager. 

Al went on to spend time in education as a teacher with a special interest in Worldview and Politics also teaching art, music and technology.

His interest in the world of property investment was sparked and taking it to heart, Al co-founding and directed a property development company shortly thereafter and decided to learn about the industry from the real estate agents point of view.

He has been with Bayleys since 2004 and has sold everything from residential and rural to commercial and businesses including a number of notable sales being the highest achieved price for a Holiday Park and the highest residential sale off the waterfront in Marlborough.

His strengths are in his marketing and attention to detail where solutions are required.

Al is happily married to Dot and together they have five children, a dog, cat and a few fish just to keep it interesting.
